I'm Singing and Dancing on your blog.

After a frustrating Saturday morning where I hate both Ticketmaster and the scalpers that rage in this place, I decided to look up some videos that always bring a smile to my face.  This is what I do when I get irrationally angry, because while a little anger is good to get out now and then, I don't much like it all the time.  Plus, I think it causes wrinkles?

Anyway, inspired by the new VW commercials, I found a link to two of my favorite dancing dudes, Gene Kelly & Donald O'Connor.  Usually, I tend to watch them rock on Moses Supposes, because it's both awesome and hilarious.  Today, I found this.  It's also awesome and hilarious, and it reminds me of why I love to watch Harry Shum Jr (aka Mike Chang or Other Asian) dance all the time.

So... I still hate Ticketmaster, but I love Gene & Donald more.

Matt Sharp, I lurve you.

I'm bummed because I couldn't make it to Jimmy Eat World tonight in Richmond (hey dude, stop in C-ville puhlease).  My buddy and I decided to be sadsacks and send youtube videos of Jimmy Eat World songs to each other since she couldn't go either (her excuse: super pregnancy).  In rummaging the Youtube, I found this unrelated gem of Weezer performing Say It Ain't So on Letterman in 1995.  If memory serves, I watched this live, as did a certain dude I didn't know in 95 who went on to bigger and better fame (aka he married me).

I post this because a- they have all aged REALLY well and b- I do love that Matt Sharp.
